End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and DeepsnThought Tech ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing the use of our software, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, "Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the Software.

2. Grant of License

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, DeepsnThought Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by DeepsnThought Tech.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

Copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software.

Transfer, sublicense, lease, rent, or lend the Software to any third party.

Use the Software for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

Circumvent security measures or interfere with the proper functioning of the Software.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are owned by DeepsnThought Tech. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

5. Account and Data Usage

Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Our use of personal and non-personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Updates and Modifications

DeepsnThought Tech may provide updates or modifications to the Software at its sole discretion. These updates may be required for continued use of the Software.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. DeepsnThought Tech may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall it from all devices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. DEEPSNTHOUGHT TECH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPSNTHOUGHT TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI), Bangkok, Thailand or a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Agreement

DeepsnThought Tech reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
